One of the biggest problems with religion is not the religion itself but the automatic respect that is given to religion when, on the face of it, no such respect should be given.
Respect is meant to be shown to people
Respect is meant to be shown to people and only next to other things whatever those things might be.
People have feelings. Systems don't.
Disrespect is felt. Systems don't feel your disrespect. People's feelings need to be respected because we shouldn't hurt people's feelings. That's all that respect means. Respect for any system is a failure to recognize that simple fact and to give to a system what it does not deserve and cannot deserve and should never be given.
At best the people belonging to a system such as a religion might be accorded respect but that respect is given because the people are quiet, inoffensive and harmless. When any of those are not the case then respect is not earned and is out of place.
When a vicar or a priest stands up on his pulpit and speaks out against gays or gay sex and uses the bible and his ideas about the rules of god and so on then he is influencing his congregation not to understand what being gay is all about but to have a disrespect for them - and that's putting a gloss on the actual situation. This is one of the greatest evils that humans can ever indulge in - because it's hidden or blatant real intention is to spread fear and hate, never mind the sanctimonious and other sales-type pretence. It is not right nor moral to return that common cristiann evil behaviour by according automatic respect to it.
If a system such as a religion contains a bunch of people who spend time castigating other humans for whatever reason then they are not respecting those humans - that is the situation with the jews, the chripmlains and the islams and I mis-spell deliberately because I have to to catch out the censoring program that operates on my files at this ISP (and you will see it's home page instead of my pages whenever that operates so I have to mis-spell certain words like christainery.
The trick of course that the jews and the crimplians use is to put forth a good case or apparently it is a good case for denigrating, de humanizing basically, some particular kind of human.
In actual fact, that practice, very prolific with the cristainians of de-humanizing people is one that they have indulged in for century after century all through it's abominable existence.
This fact alone, that they pick and choose who they will dehumanize according to the fashion of the day tends to prove that they are not actually interested in what is right or what is moral or what god wants but they are instead intent upon forcing us all to share their hatred for certain others.
Because we are so easily duped by them we don't stand up to them properly so they get away with their hate mongering.
They are often called 'right wing chistains' but that hides what they really are: hate generators.
Generating hate is probably the very worst moral and spriritual practice that any human can indulge in.
Yet these christains are so hate and fear filled that they either do not see it or they cannot even have the conscience or care to consider for a moment what it is they are really doing.
Apart from the religions there are no other groups of any significance that do that: generate hate so prolifically and without restraint or conscience.
They kid themselves that what they are doing is speaking out and acting against immorality and the word of god. But it is a lie because if they were actually interested in speaking out and acting for morality and the word of god then they would spend time studying their own behaviour and mentality.
The fact they never do belies a form of insanity. They are totally oblivious to the fact that they are just stirring up hate and that their reasoning for that is superficial and temporary in the sense that once they have had to finish hating one group because the rest of us got wise to their evil, then they move on to the next group.
Down through the centuries the christlians have hated and attacked numerous different harmless groups of people, currently gays but think about that, it is only this century that they got that idea yet gays have been around ever since cheesianity and actually a lot longer too. In fact while gays are a part of the natural world and always have been, the chrisplians have only really been around since 394 (not the year 0 but 394, after the battle of the Milvern Bridge). So the fact that between 394 and about 1890 the war on gays hadn't occured to them tells us that they are not interested in what is right and wrong but about whatever is in evil fashion for them.
I predict that when this current evil bunch of crisplians all dies and goes to the hell they all deserve (for not speaking out against the evil of their 'brothers' and 'sisters' but tacitly supporting their evil at best) then the next load (of them) will have conveniently forgotten about gays.
Before they targetted gays they hit on other groups such as anyone who was left-handed and you may laugh at that idea but it was no joke at the time. If they were ever right about their hate and fear mongering then how come each hated group comes into fashion with them at one point in time only to disappear out of fashion again just as abruptly some decades later?
Gays feared and hated. Left-handers feared and hated.
For a while it was cats would you believe!
Then there were the poor women targetted as witches.
Does it really take a genius to figure out that the cristacions are not worthy of respect and neither is their system whatever you want to call it because it has proved itself to be a system of hate, a hate system.
The last thing deserving of anyone's respect is any system that creates hate out of thin air.
And yet that is what we all do, we all go along with the idea that christiannity ought to be respected.
Why. Why? Why, exactly? Exactly why is it that we don't target this evil hate system and tell each other not only to stop listening to them but to stop respecting their system and to start to police it into it's proper place.
Show some disrespect today.
If you go into a church and you are a man then keep your hat on and when they approach you and ask you to take it off 'out of respect' then enter into an educative discussion about your healthy, strong and clear disrespect for the church because of what it is doing.
Also, tell them when the church goes up for sale there will be no 'get thee god out of this house' beforehand - I know, I have been to many property auctions where a church is sold because the people are no longer willing to be duped and have grown up beyond them, and I can tell you they are never described as being tenanted but with "VACANT" possession. And there is NEVER any indication of how they managed to get god out of there. So to my mind he was never in there in the first place - besides it is a well known subtle piece of blasphemy that one is closer to god in a garden, not a church, than anywhere else on earth.
If you are a woman then do the same, take your head covering off as a mark of healthy disrespect.
When you enter into a confrontion in such circumstances then ask where the toilets are and if it is okay for your dog to come in and things like that. Don't bow down to the christiannns psychological tactics but react appropriately to each one.
If you are gay and you have a church that is churning out evil then why not think up ideas to disrupt their hate and evil mongering? Go along and do to them what they are doing to you.
Tell them God sent you
Tell them god sent you to make them repent for their evil hate talks.
Does religion make a person better than they would have been without it? Have you ever seen that? On the contrary, it makes weak minded people think that they are god's messengers and nothing you say can get through to them. I see nothing worthy of respect but what I do see, and I have looked long and hard, is worthy of contempt, disgust and a strong, healthy and clear disrespect.
Remember it is the people being targetted by christains who suffer because of them. No one is forced to be a loud mouthed chrisplian - they choose to be like that so if they get what they deserve, a total disrespect for their system because of it then that is right and good.
Xtianity will go.
What will make it go is the same thing that causes the churches to go up for save as empty buildings suitable for anything except posing as a house of god because no one in their right mind will fall for it any more, so the people will grow up and realize that it has all be a huge evil trick designed to get people to be submissive and to hand over their money and to enable weak minded men and women to believe, to fool their own selves, that they are somehow doing god's work.
God doesn't need anyone to do His work
His work is being done, if you want to think of it like this, as each of us lives our lives without the fear and hate that these R. Souls, these cripplians make us feel with they evil mindedness. No we should not respect religion, not automatically anyway; we should respect people's feelings. The feelings of gays and of women who choose to abort a pregnancy are the feelings we should respect and the feelings of these chistains who stir up hate masquerading as exhibiting moral righteousness, their feelings need to be hurt as there is no moral alternative, so not only should we not respect them and not show respect for them or their system, we should show an active, healthy and thoughtful disrespect for them and for their system. That is our moral obligation.
