© Copyright. As far as copying anything on my web site is concerned, please help yourself. It may not be a free lunch but it is mostly very nutritious food, food for thought, just the same. Anyway, a man cannot live on bread alone - so a free lunch is not all that it's cracked up to be. So, comparing the food for the body with food for the mind, isn't the food for the mind just as important? Well that is what you have here and not only that, it really is free, so help yourself to as much as you want and then come back for second helpings, again and again. What can you give in return?

I just ask that you attribute the information fairly, accurately and in particular include a link to SaneThinking.com so that anyone coming across your derived work can easily go to the source.

If you include whole articles then that is all the more important. If you just quote a paragraph or two then it is less important and I leave it to your own judgement.

Some of what I include on this site is taken from other sources and when this is the case I include at least one link to what seems to me to be the most rightful site.

Ideas are not copyrightable but if you wish to take one of my own ideas such as you may discover here, after all, this web site is mostly my own unique ideas, then there is no obligation on you to attribute it to me, it is just a good little rule and not a legal, religious or spiritual requirement that you do so.

If you find the information is useful to you then you might like to make a donation that will help me pay for the lunches and dinners that I, like most people, tend to consume and as you may have inferred earlier, such meals are not often free. I am not saying that there is no free lunch, ever, just that generally when I go to the supermarket any buy some food the keyword there, buy, actually always applies in my case.

Some of my ideas are so important that you may wish to share them. Please do so. That is the whole idea when I share these things with you and I am more than happy if you do so too.
